Instructions to access Win Loss statement:
1. Download the EQC Mobile App
2. Log in with your Players Club number on the EQC App. Password: member's DOB.
3. Tap on Account
4. Tap on Win / Loss Request and choose the year.
5. The statement will be emailed instantly to the player's email on file.
6. Click here if you need to update yoru email address on file.
