Instructions to access Win/Loss statement:

1. Download the EQC Mobile App 

2. Log in with your Players Club number on the EQC App.
    Password: member's DOB.

3. Tap on Account

4. Tap on Win/Loss Request and choose the year.

5. The statement will be emailed instantly to the player's email on file.

6. Click here if you need to update your email address on file or visit EmeraldQueen.com/update.

7. Win/Loss Statements and W2Gs are also available at the Players Club. If you are requesting documents from prior to 2020, please contact our Finance Department at 253-594-7777, ext. 14000.
