Instructions to access Win Loss statement:

1. Download the EQC Mobile App 

2. Log in with your Players Club number on the EQC App.
    Password: member's DOB.

3. Tap on Account

4. Tap on Win / Loss Request and choose the year.

5. The statement will be emailed instantly to the player's email on file.

6. Click here if you need to update your email address on file or visit EmeraldQueen.com/update.

7. Win Loss Statements and W2Gs are no longer available for pick-up or mailed unless you are requesting documents from prior to 2020. You must download these documents from the EQC mobile App.
