Soft Count Clerk

Description
Supervises the operation of the soft count room and its staff in the absences of the Soft Count Supervisor. Performs the count and recording of the Drop Boxes in accordance with department and casino policies and procedures.
Requirements
Performs the count and reconciliation of the pit drop in accordance with Casino policies. Cash handling, math test and ten key experience required with good manual and finger dexterity. Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
Sous Chef

Description
Cooks on line and delegates food orders to be prepared in an order to facilitate customer service. Responsible for the quality of food and safety of staff. Ensures that all work is done quickly and is coordinated with other workers. Assists Kitchen/Chef Manager with duties and back-up.
Requirements
At least two years cooking experience in a dinner house required. Able to sauté, cook, broil, grill, and steam. Experience in fish filleting, cutting, and making a variety of sauces required. Must be fast and able to handle up to thirty-five orders at a time. Good communication skills a must. Must have patience and have ability to train others. Culinary school background preferred. Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours and have ability to lift 40 lbs.
Part Time Audio/Visual Technician

Assist in the installation, setup, coordination, operation and maintenance of audio and video equipment in showroom.
Requirements
Certificate or degree from a technical college in computer maintenance or related training in Video/Audio systems and computer design preferred. At least one year of experience in an MIS environment for a company of comparable size and MIS needs. Verifiable ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware problems, setup network and audio visual needs. Ability to stand, sit, or squat for extended length of time. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to work in a smoke fill environment.

Deli Attendant
