Do you have a non-smoking area?We have non-smoking sections at both locations.
Emerald Queen Casino I-5: Your favorite slot machines and Table Games are located near the entrance to the I-5 Showroom. The non-smoking entrance in located near the Valet area.
Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino in Fife: A generous section of slot machines awaits you in the non-smoking section by the Ballroom.
Do you have non-smoking hotel rooms?The Hotel and Casino in Fife has both smoking and non-smoking rooms available.
How can I book a hotel room?Simply call (253) 922-2000 to make a reservation by phone. On-line booking through www.emeraldqueen.com is coming soon. If you are coming for a concert, all you have to do is show your ticket stub to lock in an $83 rate!
Where is the best place to park?Depending on the location of your choice you have many options. Valet Parking is free 7 days a week and is conveniently located near the Gift Shop entrance at our I-5 location in Tacoma. There are two covered parking garages available at our Fife location for your convenience. Please note that traffic and Parking is more limited when the I-5 location features concerts. It would be best to arrive a little early in order to get the best parking.
Why don’t you have player’s cards?Player’s Cards are available, though you should contact customer service if you have any questions regarding how to track your play.

Do I have to pay for parking?Parking and Valet Parking are available at no charge.
Can I buy tickets to events online?All concert tickets for the Emerald Queen Casino are available through TicketMaster. If you would like to skip the fees and additional surcharges, tickets are available at our Box Office located at either location for your convenience. We do not sell tickets by phone.
Do you have a poker room?We do not offer poker.
Do you have transportation from your garage to your showroom? What does it cost?There is shuttle service available from our Hotel location to the Showroom at our Tacoma location. On event nights, the demand for the shuttle service is very high and we encourage you to leave ample time for travel. The shuttle is available every 30 minutes and an exact schedule is available at the Hotel front desk.
How much is the buffet and what does it include? Menu specials?We love to bring the freshest, highest-quality items to our guests. Therefore, our lunch specials change daily and are posted with the menu in both of our restaurants. The Buffet at our Fife Hotel location features an extensive salad and sushi bar, pasta, Chinese, and continental favorites. If you’re looking for steak and seafood options then check out our I-5 location.
Is there gambling at the hotel or do I have to go to the I-5 location?All of your favorite slot machine titles are available at either our I-5 or Fife locations, but if you prefer Table Games you should play at the I-5 location in Tacoma as the Fife Hotel does not feature Table Games.
Do you have valet parking? If so, what does it cost?Yes, we have Valet Parking. This is a free service.
Can my dog stay in your hotel?Please contact the Hotel directly and mention your dog prior to check-in. In most cases accommodations are made for man’s best friend. There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee applied at check-in.
Do you have semi/RV parking?We do not have semi or RV parking available at either location.
Do have RV hookups?We do not have RV hook-ups.
Where are kids allowed in your hotel and casino?Children are permitted in the Hotel rooms, the buffet and Tatoosh restaurant all located in Fife at our Hotel location.
What are your age limits for concerts?In order to attend a concert at the Emerald Queen Casino all guests must be 21 years of age or older.
How far are your locations from downtown Tacoma/Seatac airport/Seattle?The I-5 location is a mere 1.2 miles from Tacoma Dome Station, a main hub for public transportation. We are approximately 19 miles from SeaTac Airport and about 30 miles from Seattle.
Do you have a special if I stay in your hotel after I go to a concert in your showroom?Show your ticket stub upon check-in and you will receive a special $83 concert rate.
Where can I eat at your locations?There are many dining options depending on the location that you choose. Both locations feature buffet options. The Hotel also houses a lovely pizza and sandwich deli, as well as a fine dining restaurant. Our I-5 location showcases a restaurant with Chinese and American options, as well as both an Asian Deli and American Deli.
