If your 501(c)(3) non-profit organization has a fundraising event that you wish to hold in one of the Emerald Queen Hotel & Casinos breathtaking venues, or have a sponsorship opportunity, please e-mail your request via the link below or mail it to the address listed below.
Consideration for financial or in-kind support require that charitable organizations must be an in state (Washington State), 501(c) (3), non-profit. Participation in primary, middle school, junior high, and high school PTA fundraisers are not considered for charitable support through the Emerald Queen Hotel & Casinos. Restrictions from participation with these events are due to the adult content of our material and the respectable requests by school board executives. This is also the policy for religious organizations seeking in-kind or monetary support.
All charitable requests must be submitted at a minimum six weeks prior to the event date and allocated time for review.
