Security Supervisor

Closing Date: February 14, 2016

Supervises Security Officers assigned to specific locations, provides direction, training, and orientation. Conducts employee evaluations, handles problems, incidents, and assists Shift Managers with scheduling staff. Provides superior guest services to patrons of the casino while on the floor and performs other job related duties as assigned by department manager.

At least two or more years experience in law enforcement or security experience is required; some college courses in law enforcement or related field is preferred. Must have possession of or ability to obtain a valid Washington State Driver’s license and a CPR/First Aid certification. Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and have the ability to bend, stoop and climb stairs on a routine basis. Must be able to lift 75 pounds and have good observation skills. Additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
