IT Operations Technician Manager

Closing Date: July 5, 2015

While supporting the casinos goal of providing superior guest service, this position is responsible for managing Information Technology projects, IT help desk operations while overseeing the IT Operations Technicians and Audio/Visual Technicians daily work. Assists the Information Technology (IT) Director and the Assistant IT Director as needed and performs other job related duties as assigned.

Must have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science or related technical training on Microsoft products such as Windows 2001/2007/XP, experience with POS systems, telephone systems, audio/visual systems and computer design. Must have a minimum of five years experience in an IT environment for a company of comparable size and IT needs. Three years of supervisor experience or experience in a leadership position. Must have verifiable ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware problems and be able to set up network and POS systems. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, be able t bend, stoop, lift, carry, push pull and have good hand and finger dexterity. Additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
