HRIS Analyst I

Description
The HRIS Analyst I supports the HRIS Administrator by maintaining the HRIS systems along with developing reports to support a more effective and efficient work flow for all HR functions as well as casino wide needs. Duties include maintaining HRIS system, identify HR needs and software products that will fulfill those needs. Supervision of HR administrative staff, generating monthly reports, coordination with other HR divisions, assist with document management and retention and performs additional duties as assigned by department manager.

Requirements
Associates Degree in business or related field is required. One year of Supervisory and HRIS experience is required with one year of preferred Ultipro/Business Intelligence experience. Previous Human Resources experience is required with a minimum of two years clerical/administrative experience in an organization of similar size. Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills, be proficient in MS Word and Excel and have familiarity with a variety of HR concepts, practices and procedures. Additional education and or experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.

Human Resources Representative

Description
The Human Resources Representative is responsible for performing all front desk and back office duties while providing superior guest service during all interactions with internal and external personnel. Duties include reception, preparing and distributing all annual correspondence, tracking and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, assisting staff and new hires with uniform needs and providing key administrative support to areas within the Human Resources division. Performs other job related duties as assigned by department manager.

Requirements
Associates degree in business or related field is preferred. Must have a minimum of two years clerical/administrative experience in similar organization with good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Previous Human Resources experience is required. Excellent phone etiquette with general front desk skills is essential with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must be familiar with an HRIS program preferably Ultipro. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
