- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Mobility to climb stairs on a regular basis
- Ability to tolerate working in a smoke filled environment.

The Emerald Queen Casino is now accepting applications for our Blackjack Training School.
Applicants must fully complete an EQC application to be considered for the training program. You may apply in person at our HR office or fill out an application and submit to:

Training Classes will begin Monday, September 28th. We will offer 4-hour classes Monday through Thursday 10am-2pm and 6pm-10pm.
Each selected applicant must:
* Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Have exceptional guest service and be personable
* Satisfactorily complete 120 hours of EQC Dealer Training
* Obtain a Washington State Class IIIA Gaming License
* Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
* Attend new hire orientation
After successful completion of dealer training, each applicant will be eligible to audition for a Table Game Dealer position with The Emerald Queen Casino. Please note participation with this training program and auditioning for a Table games dealer position does not guarantee an offer of employment.
