The purpose of this position is to centralize, process and automate human resources paperwork, provide budget support and gather data for analysis maintaining confidentiality in accordance to all applicable federal law and Casino policies.
High School Diploma or GED required. Three years of human resources experience. Associates Degree in Business Administration or closely related field preferred. Experience using a HRIS system and monitoring a budget. Must have exceptional grammar, analytical skills, proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to write at a professional and technical level. Additional education and/or experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of the position.
